Young people  (13-24 years of age) in the United States are at persistent risk for HIV infection. This risk is especially notable for youth of minority races and ethnicities. Continual HIV prevention outreach and education efforts, including programs on abstinence and on delaying the initiation of sex, are required as new generations replace the generations that benefited from earlier prevention strategies.

 We take pleasure in inviting you to the first ever World HIV/AIDS Solution Fashion Show, a presentation of style and a feast for the senses. The fashion show celebrates the spirit of victory in the belief that we can eradicate HIV and AIDS.

 The World HIV/AIDS Solution Fashion Show is a labor of love. The endeavor is to raise funds to assist individuals infected with HIV/AIDS and to provide services to them and their families.

 The inaugural World HIV/AIDS Solution Fashion Show aims to infuse a joie-de-vivre among the local community by bringing together local designers. The show will be an exposition for the designers’ talents while doing something extraordinary for the community. 

 We invite you to indulge your senses with an evening of spectacular fashion. Come join us and experience the hopeful future. Let’s celebrate the possibilities together!

T-SHIRT COMPETITION

This year, teams participating in the World HIV/AIDS Solution Foundation Walk  will have the opportunity to compete in a t-shirt design contest! Each team can submit an original design including the team’s name to vie for the title of

“Best T-Shirt Design” The t-shirt design contest is open to all.

The winning team from each category will win a prize!

Ground Rules

• The design must incorporate the AIDS/HIV theme in some way. 

• You cannot violate any copyright laws or existing trademarks.

• Design can have a maximum of two colors and utilize both the front and the back of the shirt.

• By submitting your design you give World HIV/AIDS Solution Foundation non-exclusive rights to use the image in future AIDS Run & Walk promotional materials.

• Only one entry per team. Team must consist of at least two people.
